Several of our providers at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates, have a special focus in Student Mental Health. In addition to seeking treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar affective disorder and other mood disorders, ADHD and substance use disorders (SUDs), many students struggle with the transition to college, academic stress, academic and career decisions, issues pertaining to gender and orientation, and other difficulties. Our practice consists of providers who understand the struggles that college, graduate students and young adults face. Our providers are welcoming and provide affirming care, to all individuals. Dr. Paula Bu, our Lead Clinical Physician, has a particular focus on Student Mental Health and working with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community.
