For phones and tablets, if your provider uses “Ring Central” be sure to download that app. If they use “Simple Practice” be sure to download BOTH “Telehealth – by Simple Practice” AND “Client Portal – by Simple Practice.” If you didn’t receive an appointment link, you can find it in the “Client Portal App.”
