Since that time, the practice has grown to over 25 psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychologists, who trained at Johns Hopkins Hospital, The University of Pennsylvania, Tufts University and similar institutions. Dr. Pagnani has continued to instruct at Johns Hopkins (since 2012) and most of the providers at Rittenhouse Psychiatric Associates also teach, or have taught at Johns Hopkins, U Penn and similar institutions.

We have noticed an increase in national Telehealth psychiatric companies, and we believe that by focusing on Academically Oriented, Evidenced-
Based, Holistic and Thorough care, we set ourselves apart. Psychiatry is complex, and we believe that the best psychiatrists delivering care to Princeton, Mercer County and nationally, will focus not only on a singular diagnosis, but on the whole person; their illness, their personality, their behaviors, their life story and any traumas. The diagnosis and treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, ADHD and Substance Use Disorders is complex, and demands individualized care.
We are a fee-for-service practice, and payment is due at the time of each visit. We understand that some individuals may prefer to find an in-network provider, and therefore, we have also included information on this page, for mental health resources in the Princeton, East & West Windsor and Mercer County area, for finding providers outside of our practice for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and ADHD.
