Tammy Lafferty, CRNP

Tammy Lafferty, CRNP, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, as well as a Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse practitioner. Ms. Lafferty has worked for years as a nurse practitioner, including acute care settings, which has influenced her belief in the holistic treatment of patients. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Ms. Lafferty worked as a registered nurse in multiple settings, including acute care medical/surgical nursing, travel nursing, and as a certified school nurse, which included working with children with ADHD. Ms. Lafferty specializes in the medical management and holistic treatment of a variety of mental health disorders including Mood Disorders (such as Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder), Anxiety Disorders (including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and PTSD), and ADHD as well as other psychiatric disorders.

Ms. Lafferty treats patients ages 18 and above in her private practice in Paoli, Pennsylvania. She is board certified to prescribe psychiatric medications. Ms. Lafferty strives to provide compassionate care and works with patients to help them achieve optimal wellness through individualized treatment plans and coordination of care with other healthcare members.

Tammy Lafferty, CRNP, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Widener University. She has earned a Master of Science degree in Health Education from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, as well as a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Wilmington University, where she earned her certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, she has completed her certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Wilkes University.
She is Board-Certified and licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications.
