RPA Private Practice Closing

We regret to inform you, that Dr. Gracie Yeo’s private practice at RPA, is in the process of closing.

Dr. Yeo has been an integral part of the Rittenhouse Team for the last 6 years. In addition to delivering excellent care to her patients, she has also served in a leadership position, as the Director of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. We wish Dr. Yeo success in all of her future endeavors, and she will be missed at RPA. 

For existing patients:

If you have been transferred to a new provider, and have received your new appointment date and time, no steps need to be taken.

If you do not have an appointment scheduled with any of our providers, please reach out to scheduling, so that we can assist.

If you still have an appointment scheduled with Dr. Yeo, please contact Amy (our office manager) to discuss setting up an appointment with a new provider, either before, or after your last visit with Dr. Yeo. All existing patients should have received an email with information on providers with availability, their abbreviated bios and additional information. Please contact us, if you need us to resend.

We are very appreciative that Dr. Yeo has confirmed, that she will be collaborating with patient’s new providers, so that the transfer of care is as easy as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
